Caitlin Rothwell is the Assistant Director at the Office of Disability Support Services at the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. In this role she supervises Learning Specialists and collaborates with University staff and faculty to support students with disabilities and ensure accommodations are provided. Prior to this she worked as a Learning Specialist, meeting individually with students to work on academic success strategies. She has also worked as a research assistant in the Child Cognitive, Affective, and Behavioral Laboratory at the Catholic University of America and at the Center for Autism Spectrum Disorders at Children’s National Medical Center. She received her MA in Psychology from Catholic University of America, specializing in children with ADHD & ASD. In 2015 Caitlin created the 248 program at the Catholic University of America and has lead the program evaluation each year. She has presented on this topic at the C-AHEAD and PTI conferences in 2018.
