Dr. Lyman L. Dukes III, is a Professor of Special Education at the University of South Florida St. Petersburg with 25 years of educational experience. He earned a BS in psychology and MA degree in special education at the University of Florida and a Ph.D. at the University of Connecticut. He has published and presented extensively on topics related to secondary and postsecondary education for students with disabilities. His current research interests include transition from secondary school to college life, accessibility and online postsecondary education, and organizational frameworks for postsecondary education and disability.
