Dr. Rowe is a graduate with a degree in educational leadership and is currently serving as the director of THRIVE, a cost-free transition support program for matriculating students with ASD at the University of North Florida. Dr. Rowe also serves as an adjunct instructor at UNF and has spent several years living and teaching internationally. Fluent in ASL, Dr. Rowe has a passion for individuals with disabilities, particularly in higher education and employment. Dr. Rowe's research areas include: self-determination, leadership, executive functioning, and disabilities in higher education. In addition to her regular responsibilities, Dr. Rowe collaborates and works with campus departments, faculty, and staff providing professional development trainings as well as expert feedback in regards to supporting students with disabilities in postsecondary education.
