ACCESS: An Evidence-Based Treatment Program for Improving the Educational and Social-Emotional Functioning of College Students with ADHD

Author: Arthur

Throughout my career, I have been actively engaged in clinical research, practice, and training, primarily related to my interest in the developmental unfolding of ADHD across the lifespan. I have served as the lead Principal Investigator on a recently completed 5-year multi-site NIH funded project, “Longitudinal Outcome of College Students with ADHD,” and an ongoing 4-year IES funded multi-site project entitled “Improving the Educational and Social-Emotional Functioning of College Students with ADHD.” I have given more than 250 invited presentations on the topic of ADHD to various educator, mental health, medical health, and parent groups. Earlier this year, for example, I gave a 3-hour presentation to the NC Psychological Association and I also conducted an invited webinar on behalf of the AHEAD and CHADD organizations.
