Latacha Hamilton, Ph.D., is a licensed educator in the state of Tennessee with over 17 years of experience in education. In her current role as academic coordinator at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, TN, she advocates for the academic needs of students with chronic illnesses. This research was conducted in partial fulfillment of a dissertation project entitled "An investigation of disability identity, academic self-efficacy, and disclosure of students with invisible disabilities participating in higher education".
