Creating accessible partnerships between Disability Services and campus Writing Centers to support diverse learners.

Jason Northrup is currently the Associate Director of Disability Services at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia. With an enrollment of 37,000 and approximately 5% of that student body registered with Disability Services, the institution is experiencing rapid growth as the largest public research university in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Jason earned his doctoral degree in school psychology from the University at Albany, State University of New York and has experiences working in K-12 and higher education. His current responsibilities include an active caseload ensuring reasonable accommodations for students with disabilities, developing policies and procedures to ensure appropriate access, and collaborating with faculty and staff across departments and schools.
