Kelly is a Disability Specialist for Wayne State University Student Disability Services located in Detroit, Michigan. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Social Policy and my Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, both from Michigan State University. With a background in social policy as well as rehabilitation counseling, my professional work experience includes program development, grant writing and management, public policy, and service delivery to students with disabilities. With a mindset grounded in how to be compliant while also delivering a high level of customer service, I have worked to streamline office practices and reduce barriers in accessing our office in my time at WSU.
