Dr. Moll has been engaged in the education field and the world of disabilities for over 37 years beginning in a state run hospital for those with disabilities given up by families, moved students from hospitals to special schools and then was one of the first teachers to take students with disabilities into the “regular” schools. Her work spans care facilities, K12 general and special education, 13 years as a professor in Education, and 11 years serving as a statewide consultant for students with disabilities. She has extensive experience working with administrators, teachers, staff, parents, and students on the idiosyncrasies and benefits of educating all students. She developed a state of the art dual certification program for teachers. She continues to work as a balanced advocate for students, parents and school, serving as a national trainer and consultant since 1990 providing professional development on practicality of implementing federal laws related to disabilities, and instructional integrity. In her tenure she has authored and co-authored books on inclusive education, leadership in education and adult learning, and been called as an expert witness in the field.
