NSO: A New Way To Learn

Felix Caballero has been working with students since his undergraduate years at the University of New Mexico where he volunteered for five years at the Agora Crisis Center, the campus and community suicide warm line. Felix went on to pursue his Masters of Counseling degree from Webster University where relational skills were learned to prepare him for work with individuals in psychoeducational environments. Felix facilitated domestic violence support groups before transitioning to higher education where he found a niche at the Women’s Empowerment Center at San Antonio College. Felix learned administrative skills necessary for advising before moving into his current position at dSS @ SAC where he utilizes learned interpersonal skills to educate and empower students to realize and achieve individual potential with respect, care, and attention.
