Phone Apps for Student Success

Tayler Nichols is a DSPS and EOPS Counselor at both San Diego City College and Southwestern College. She is currently pursuing an EdD at San Diego State in Educational Leadership. She has presented at the California Association for Postsecondary Education and Disability (CAPED) Conference each year from 2015-2019, Asian and Pacific Islanders with Disabilities Conference (APIDC) in 2019, CCCEOPSA Conference in 2018 as well as the NCRE conference in 2015. She teaches a basic computer skills course for students with disabilities and has taught personal development classes for First-Year Experience (FYE) students. She brings a dynamic interest in phone apps and how they can benefit community college students with and without disabilities. She consistently holds workshops for students about these topics.
