I have worked in disability services for the past three years. I give both individual and group trainings on assistive technology. I also give presentations to faculty, staff, and student groups on disability topics. I am a Stop The Hate trainer. I have taken a lead role in coordinating Pioneer Access Orientation (PAO). I researched pre-orientation programs as part of my graduate school studies. I conducted a needs analysis for a pre-orientation program. I am the primary program planner and lead facilitator of PAO. I developed specific learning objectives and program goals. I developed our program evaluation and track participant success. I have a BA in History/Education and post-graduate work in Special Education. I am currently working on completing my Master of Education in adult education. I taught at the K-12 level for over 10 years. I was also a WHSFA forensics coach and judge. I volunteered for the Muscular Dystrophy Association camp for 12 years.
