Dr. Otty is the interim program director and associate professor within the Occupational Therapy department at Touro University Nevada. Her area of practice is working with high-functioning adolescent and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Past research studies include transitioning to adulthood including social skills and simulating driving projects. In addition to her scholarly work, she lectures nationwide on the topic of self-regulation with individuals with ASD, Sensory Processing Disorders, and ADHD. Dr. Otty received her Occupational Therapy doctorate from Loma Linda University in 2010, Master of Education from Touro University Nevada in 2007, and Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from San Jose State in 1994.
