Katie Norland is the Director of Student Success Services at The College of the Florida Keys. Ms. Norland is responsible for the leadership of the College’s Project ACCESS Program, Office of Students with Disabilities, Game Changer Scholar Program and other student success initiatives. Ms. Norland collaborates with College faculty and staff to support students with disabilities campus-wide as well as ensuring the success of all students. She is a participant in the Florida Center for Students with Unique Abilities Biannual Institutes and has presented on panels of her peers to share relevant information with similar programs statewide. Ms. Norland has presented on the College's transition program, Project ACCESS, on a local, state and regional level and assists frequently in the classroom.
