The UCLA way: An innovative process for reviewing and determining accommodations

Laura Czajkowski, M.S. has been working with students with disabilities for over 3 years, at three different universities. In her current role as a Learning Disabilities Specialist at UCLA, Laura meets with students who have psychological disabilities, as well as those with ADHD, Autism, and Learning Disabilities. Prior to working with students with disabilities, Laura worked in Housing and Residence Life for three years. With this experience, Laura serves on the UCLA Housing Accommodations team, which helps to review and decide housing accommodations for students on campus, as well, as the Student Conduct Committee, in which she attends Conduct Hearings and assesses for student conduct violations.
