Dr. Kathy Hoppe is an achievement coach for the Disability Resource Center of Central New Mexico Community College and also teaches online courses for Grand Canyon University through the School of Theology. Her experience includes numerous years of teaching in traditional and online classrooms, working with students with disabilities, and as a mental health therapist in college, outpatient, and inpatient settings. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the University of North Texas, a Master of Divinity from Gateway Seminary, and her Doctor of Ministry from Oral Roberts University. She also completed postgraduate training in Marriage and Family Therapy and is currently completing a Master of Science in Psychology. Her areas of interest are universal design, burnout and compassion fatigue.
